How it started

52 minutes on hold with his cable company. Transferred once. Explained the problem twice. Accepted a $5 credit on a $60 overcharge because he was exhausted. That afternoon, our founder started sketching what became Bill Saved.

The idea was simple — what if someone else handled the dialing, the phone tree, and the hold, then called you back the moment a real person picked up? You'd skip the worst part and jump straight into the conversation that actually matters — prepared, confident, and not already furious from waiting.

That idea became Bill Saved: a three-tier assisted-call platform that turns a 90-minute ordeal into a 5-minute conversation. Built by Planetterrian Ventures Inc. in Ontario, Canada, for anyone who's ever thought “I know I should call, but I just can't face it today.”

Make every dreaded phone call less painful. Whether you need to challenge a charge on your internet bill, cancel an unwanted subscription, follow up on a flight compensation claim, or negotiate a better insurance rate — we handle the part nobody wants to do.

Our pricing is aligned with your outcome: a small per-call fee plus a share of whatever we help you recover. If we don't save you money, the per-call fee is cut in half. That means our incentive is always to get you the best possible result.

Handled Call (Tier 3) is available in all 50 US states and in Canada outside Quebec — Quebec coverage is in progress.

Every call is recorded with proper disclosure. Your data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold. You can export or delete your data at any time.
