How to Upload a Bill or Document
Bill Saved accepts bills and documents in multiple formats to make submission easy.
PDF Upload
Drag and drop or click to browse for a PDF of your bill. Most providers offer downloadable PDF bills from their website or app.
Phone Camera
Use the camera capture feature to snap a photo of a paper bill. Hold the camera steady and ensure all text is readable.
Email Forwarding
Each account gets a unique intake email address. Forward bill emails directly to this address and they'll be automatically processed. Find your address in Settings > Email Intake.
What to Upload
Any recurring service bill: telecom, internet, cable, phone, wireless, utilities, insurance, SaaS subscriptions, or equipment leases. You can also upload confirmation emails, previous bills for comparison, or any document related to your situation.
Tips for Best Results
Ensure the entire bill is visible, including all line items and the total amount. Multi-page PDFs work great. For photos, make sure text is sharp and legible.
