Call Assist vs Coached Call vs Handled Call
Bill Saved offers three tiers. Every call starts the same way — we dial, navigate, and hold. The difference is what happens when a live person answers.
Call Assist — $3/call
The simplest tier. When the live person answers, we bridge you in and you see a prepared brief on your screen: key talking points, the provider's known policies, and any leverage we've identified. You handle the conversation from there. No coaching, no speaking on your behalf. Available on every plan including Free. Best for: Straightforward calls where you know what you want and just need to skip the hold.
Coached Call — $7/call
Same bridge experience, plus a live transcript and real-time coaching on your screen while you talk. You'll see suggested responses, warnings about tactics the representative might use, and an outcome tracker that updates as the conversation progresses. You speak the entire time — the coaching is just for you. Best for: Negotiations where you want an edge, or situations where you're not sure what to say. Unlocked on Plus ($19/mo).
Handled Call — $15/call
The full-service tier. After you're bridged in, you authenticate directly with the provider (confirming your identity), then speak a short authorization phrase on the recorded call. Bill Saved then speaks on your behalf as your representative while you listen. You see the full transcript on screen and can take over at any moment with a single tap. Best for: Complex negotiations, high-stakes calls, or when you simply don't want to do the talking. Available on Pro ($49/mo).
Recovery Share by Tier
In addition to the per-call fee, each tier has a recovery share that applies only when the call produces verified savings: - Call Assist: 10% of recovery - Coached Call: 15% of recovery - Handled Call: 20% of recovery Plus subscribers get 25% off the recovery share. Pro subscribers get 33% off.
The No-Win Guarantee
If a call doesn't produce a qualifying result, the per-call fee is reduced by 50% and the recovery share is $0. For binary-outcome situations (cancellation, debt validation, parking appeals), you get a full per-call-fee refund if the outcome isn't achieved.
