Is Bill Saved free to try?

Yes. Free accounts get 1 Call Assist call per month. Bill analysis and uploads are always free.

How long does a call take?

The hold time varies by provider — typically 5-45 minutes. Bill Saved handles the hold. You only join for the live conversation, which usually takes 5-15 minutes.

Do I need to be on the phone?

Yes, you join every call. But you skip the hold time. Bill Saved notifies you when a live person answers, and you join at that moment.

What if the company says no?

The per-call fee is reduced by 50% and the recovery share is $0. For binary-outcome calls (like cancellations), you get a full per-call-fee refund.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Bills are encrypted, payments go through Stripe, calls are recorded with disclosure, and we never sell your data.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time. No cancellation fees. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing cycle.

How do I confirm the outcome?

After the call, you're taken to the outcome screen where you confirm credits, refunds, rate changes, or other results. Fees are calculated based on what you confirm.

What's the difference between the three tiers?
