Troubleshooting

Running into issues? Here are solutions to the most common problems.

Bill Analysis Failed

If analysis fails, try uploading a clearer image or the original PDF. Blurry photos and scanned copies with low resolution may not be readable. You can retry from the bill detail page.

Missed the Notification

If you didn't join the call in time when the live person answered, the call is ended gracefully and rescheduled automatically. Make sure push notifications are enabled on your device.

Call Dropped or Poor Quality

If a call drops or audio quality is poor, our system detects this and schedules a retry. You won't be charged the full per-call fee for a dropped call.

Can't Start a Call

Ensure you have: a payment method on file (unless using your free included call), an active subscription for the tier you selected, and the situation has been submitted with enough detail.

Payment Issue

If a charge fails, check that your card is up to date in Settings > Payment Methods. Contact support@billsaved.com if the issue persists.
