Is Bill Saved Safe & Legitimate?
We understand that trusting a service with your bills and provider calls is a big decision. Here's everything you need to know about our security and legitimacy.
You're Always on the Call
Bill Saved never makes a call without you. You join every call, hear every word spoken to your provider, and can take over at any time. There are no hidden conversations happening without your knowledge.
Representative Framework
Bill Saved acts as your representative on the call — the same way an accountant, lawyer, or family member might call a company on your behalf. At the Handled Call tier, you authenticate directly with the provider and speak a short authorization phrase on the recorded call before we speak on your behalf.
Data Security
All bills and documents are stored in encrypted private storage with 256-bit encryption at rest and in transit. Your payment information is handled securely through Stripe (the same payment processor used by Amazon, Google, and Shopify) and never touches our servers.
What We Share During Calls
During calls, we share only your name and account reference. We never share your SSN, full account number, password, or payment details with providers.
Call Recording & Transparency
Every call is recorded for quality assurance and your protection. The recording disclosure is made at the start of each call. You have access to transcripts and recordings from your dashboard.
No Charges Without Results
You are never charged before a call outcome is confirmed. Per-call fees are reduced by 50% when a call doesn't produce savings. Recovery share is $0 if there's nothing recovered.
Regulatory Compliance
Bill Saved complies with TCPA (US telecom), CRTC (Canadian telecom), CCPA (California privacy), PIPEDA (Canadian privacy), and all applicable state/provincial privacy laws. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your Control
You can export all your data, delete your account, or stop using the service at any time from your dashboard. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
