Bill Saved is a three-tier assisted-call platform. We dial the company you need to call, navigate the phone tree, and wait on hold for you. When a live person picks up, we bridge you into the call. What happens next depends on the tier you choose.

Three Tiers, Your Choice

Every call starts the same way: Bill Saved dials, navigates, and holds. The difference is what happens when a live person answers. - Call Assist ($3/call) — We hand you the call with a prepared brief on your screen. You take it from there. - Coached Call ($7/call) — Same handoff, plus you get a live transcript and real-time coaching on your screen while you talk. Suggested responses, warnings, and an outcome tracker. - Handled Call ($15/call) — You authenticate with the provider, then Bill Saved speaks on your behalf as your representative while you listen. You can take over at any moment with a single tap.

You're Always on the Call

This is the key difference between Bill Saved and other services. You join every call. You hear everything. You always have the option to speak up or take over. We handle the hold so you don't waste your time, and we give you the tools to have a more effective conversation.

The Two-Charge Model

Every paid call has at most two charges: a per-call fee ($3, $7, or $15 depending on tier) and a recovery share (10-20% of verified savings). If the call doesn't produce results, the per-call fee is cut in half and the recovery share is $0. Subscription plans (Plus and Pro) include discounts on the recovery share.
