Your privacy and data security are fundamental to Bill Saved.
Data Protection
All bills and documents are stored in encrypted private storage (Supabase). We use 256-bit encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your payment information is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
What We Share During Calls
During calls, we share only: your name and account reference number. We never share your SSN, full account number, passwords, or payment details with providers.
Call Recording
All calls are recorded for quality, compliance, and your protection. A recording disclosure is made at the start of every call. Recordings and transcripts are available to you from your dashboard.
Your Rights
You can: access all your data, export it as JSON, request deletion, and opt out of marketing emails. Contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@billsaved.com.
Compliance
Bill Saved complies with TCPA (US), CRTC (Canada), CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and applicable state and provincial privacy laws. We never sell your data to third parties.
