Free — $0/month
Access to Call Assist (T1) only. 1 call per month included. Standard recovery share rates (10% on Call Assist). Perfect for occasional use or trying the service.
Plus — $19/month
Access to Call Assist and Coached Call (T1 + T2). 5 calls per month included. 25% off recovery share on every call (e.g., Coached Call recovery share drops from 15% to 11.25%). The default for most people who make calls regularly.
Pro — $49/month
Access to all three tiers including Handled Call (T1 + T2 + T3). Unlimited T1 and T2 calls. 20 Handled Calls per month (fair-use cap). 33% off recovery share on every call (e.g., Handled Call recovery share drops from 20% to 13.4%). Overflow Handled Calls beyond the fair-use cap are charged at 50% premium on the per-call fee ($22.50 instead of $15).
What Counts as an Included Call?
Included calls cover the per-call fee only. Recovery share is always additional and based on actual results. Unused included calls do not roll over.
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime with no fees. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing cycle.
