How Much Does It Cost?
Bill Saved uses a simple two-charge model. Every paid call has at most two line items.
Per-Call Fee
A flat fee paid for each call, based on your tier: - Call Assist: $3 - Coached Call: $7 - Handled Call: $15 This covers the dialing, phone tree navigation, hold time, and the tools you see on screen during the call.
Recovery Share
A percentage of verified savings, charged only when the call produces a financial result: - Call Assist: 10% of recovery - Coached Call: 15% of recovery - Handled Call: 20% of recovery For recurring savings (like getting your monthly rate reduced), the recovery base is calculated as the monthly difference times 12. This is charged once, not monthly.
The No-Win Guarantee
If a call completes without a qualifying recovery, the per-call fee is cut by 50% and the recovery share is $0. For binary-outcome situations (cancellations, debt validation, parking appeals), you get a full per-call-fee refund if the outcome isn't achieved.
Free Carve-Outs
Some call types have $0 per-call fees: - Flight and travel compensation calls - First credit-bureau follow-up call Recovery share still applies on these if savings are recovered.
Subscription Discounts
Plus ($19/mo) gives you 25% off the recovery share on every call. Pro ($49/mo) gives you 33% off. These discounts apply automatically to every call you make.
Example
You use Coached Call to negotiate your internet bill down by $30/month. Recovery base: $30 x 12 = $360. Recovery share at 15%: $54. Per-call fee: $7. Total: $61. Your net savings: $299. With a Plus subscription, the recovery share drops to $40.50, for a total of $47.50 and net savings of $312.50.
