What Calls Can We Handle?
Bill Saved works with most situations that involve calling a company. Here's what we support, with real examples.
Telecom & Phone
Wireless plans, landline services, and mobile data. Common situations: expired promotional rates ($15-40/month above current offers), international calling packages you no longer use, insurance on paid-off devices, and administrative fees that can be waived.
Internet & Cable
Broadband, fiber, cable TV, and bundled packages. Common situations: promotional rate expirations ($20-50/month jumps), equipment rental for modems you could buy, HD/DVR fees, and regional sports surcharges.
Insurance
Auto, home, renters, and business insurance. Common situations: loyalty penalties (long-term customers often pay more than new ones), coverage overlaps, outdated risk profiles, and bundling discounts you haven't claimed.
Utilities
Electricity, gas, and water. Common situations: incorrect rate tiers, phantom demand charges, estimated vs actual meter readings, and fees for services you didn't request.
SaaS & Subscriptions
Software subscriptions, streaming services, and digital tools. Common situations: grandfathered plans that cost more than current offerings, unused seat licenses, duplicate subscriptions, and auto-renewed annual plans.
Flight & Travel Compensation
Flight delays, cancellations, lost baggage, and hotel billing errors. We handle the airline or hotel hold time and help you claim what you're owed. Free carve-out: no per-call fee on flight and travel compensation calls.
Cancellations & Retention
Need to cancel a service but dreading the retention department? Bill Saved handles the hold and either coaches you through the cancellation or handles it on your behalf.
Credit Bureau Follow-ups
Following up on a credit report correction? Your first credit-bureau follow-up call is a free carve-out — no per-call fee.
What We Don't Cover (Yet)
We currently don't handle medical billing, mortgage rates, student loans, or government agencies. Medical billing support is planned for a future phase.
